As we gear up for the most exciting Souled Out Youth Camp yet, we’re reaching out for your incredible support and enthusiasm! We’ve got big plans for August 6th-8th, 2025, and with our new, expanded location, we need a fantastic team of volunteers to make this camp a success.

 

How You Can Help:

Set-Up: Help us get everything ready for an amazing camp experience.  

Supervision: Assist in supervising rooms and ensuring safety.  
Security: Keep things secure and smooth-running for everyone’s peace of mind.  
Car Park: Help manage parking and ensure a seamless arrival and departure. 
Stewarding: Guide participants and help with various camp activities.  
Ministering: Support and encourage our youth spiritually and emotionally.  
Youth Care: Be there to take care of and mentor our campers.

What We Need to Know:

Whether you can assist during the day or are able to camp out as a registered leader, we’d love to have you on board! If you’re up for the adventure of staying overnight, don’t worry – we’re making it easy for you. You’ll receive a “Need-to-Know” booklet, filled with essential info like local shops, a shopping list, and a menu to ensure you have everything you need for a smooth and enjoyable experience.
