Revivals

REVIVAL NIGHTS In 2022, the church was on its knees in surrender to God in response to 2 Chronicles 7v14: “If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” The Holy Spirit fell upon the church on 26th January 2022. Hillfields Church scrapped its regular weeknight programmes and gathered every evening for 7 weeks in submission to the Lord. Many experienced the power of the Holy Spirit in new ways: healings, visions, deliverance, spontaneous praise, powerful times of prayer, open confession of sins. These were called ‘Revival Nights’. The church has gone on to experience a move of God. Since 12th February 2023, the church has witnessed 380 salvations and baptised 176 people (as of February 2026).

 

REVIVAL WEEKS Hillfields Church has since made such Revival gatherings a regular rhythm of the relationship the church has with Jesus, and to remain aligned with the Father’s will. We call these ‘Revival Weeks’, during which the church gathers to intentionally devote itself in surrender to God, all day, every day, for a week. Every week is different as the Lord leads us into new seasons by His Holy Spirit.
